THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 4230 of 2019 O R D E R:

Learned Standing Counsel for the National Highways Authority of India (N.H.A.I.), on instructions, submits that the N.H.A.I. has not undertaken any four lane road work and as a matter of fact, it is the Maharashtra Public Works Department, who is undertaking such work under the Inter State agreement. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for N.H.A.I., learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition, making appropriate parties as respondents. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty, as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of.
