This Writ Petition was originally filed by one P. Ananth Nageswar Rao and thereafter Bandi Veeranjaneyulu came on record in the place of said P. Ananth Nageswar Rao.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, a representation is made by Ms. S. Madhavi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bandi Veeranjaneyulu, that the party has taken away the papers and he is not representing the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
