THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.39579 OF 2015 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of the Writ Petition, some more additional documents and events have come to the notice of the petitioner, which are required to be incorporated and therefore he seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner file a fresh Writ Petition. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for by the petitioner, if cause of action survives. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
