Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.8.

There is no necessity to put the unofficial respondent on notice as this Court is not venturing to adjudicate the issue on merits.

The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 to 8 in allowing respondent No.9 to continue quarry works in Sy.Nos.818 and 819 of Annaram Village, Manakonduru Mandal, Karimnagar District, without there being any proper approvals from the competent authorities, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law; and consequently direct respondent Nos.1 to 8 to take appropriate action against respondent No.9."

Learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology submits that no application is made by the petitioner before respondent No.6, who is competent to cancel the quarry operations.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh application before the authorities concerned, in which event the same may be considered at the earliest.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to make fresh application before respondent No.6, in which event the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of application. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
