Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
