Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1, 2 and 6 and learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health for respondents 3, 4 and 5.

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 19.12.2018 of District Medical and Health Officer, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, directing the Medical Officer, Primary Health Centre, Yadagirigutta, to claim and pay all the pensionary benefits including Earned Leave, HPL Encashment benefit, Pension, Commutation value of pension, GPF Final withdrawal, Group Insurance, and any other benefits as a pecuniary measure. The same is reiterated by the subsequent letter of District Medical and Health Officer dated 07.02.2019. 3.

The said order is primarily challenged on the ground that this Court by order dated 27.09.2018 made in I.A.No.2 of 2018 in W.P.No.8921 of 2015 directed the 4th respondent therein to withhold the leave encashment benefits to the petitioner to the extent of Rs.10,24,488/-, whereas, the present decision to release the said benefit would be in violation of said directions. 4.

Learned Government Pleader, produced proceedings of the District Medical and Health Officer, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District, dated 18.03.2019 withdrawing the earlier orders issued by him.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it is made clear that if the 7th respondent is aggrieved by the said decision, it is open to him to work out his remedies as available in law. Further as clarified in the order of the District Medical and Health Officer, dated 18.03.2019, the 7th respondent is entitled to receive all other benefits except the benefit ordered not to be released by this Court in W.P.No.8921 of 2015.
