Elika Chinna Venkataswamy v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.Nos.33836 and 33949 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:
The petitioners complain of inaction in considering their applications for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. In their last representations, 25-07-2015, the petitioners refer to several representations made earlier. The petitioners also state that they have made appropriate applications under Form 6-A, which are also acknowledged by the office of the 2nd respondent. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. Since the petitioners are stated to have made applications under Form 6-A, which are also acknowledged by the office of the 2nd respondent, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to verify the same and if no orders are passed on the said applications, he shall examine the same and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
