This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents, particularly 4th respondent in not mutating the concerned revenue records by way of incorporating the names of the petitioners and in not issuing the Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.28 guntas under Sy.No.293, land admeasuring Ac.8.22 guntas under Sy.No.294 and land admeasuring Ac.4.30 guntas under Sy.No.295, situated at Purppalaguda Village, Gnadipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on the application of petitioners dated 02.12.2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application of the petitioners is pending before the 4th respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application of the petitioners dated 02.12.2019 in accordance with law and take action within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
