Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Perusal of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition discloses that there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents, and to settle the scores, petitioner is seeking to rope-in the revenue officials. Hence, no Mandamus can be issued in this writ petition. In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
