ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the notice, dated 02.06.2016, issued by respondent No.1 under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Today, at the hearing, Mr.Prabhakar Sripada, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.25493 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
