DURGA PRASAD RAO APPEAL SUI T No.716 of 2015 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Shafath Ahmed Khan, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter dated 27.12.2016 to the Registry stating that the appellant instructed him to withdraw the appeal as the matter had been settled out of Court.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 28.10.2015 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
