In spite of posting this matter to this day from 21.9.2017 at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, none appeared for the petitioners and no representation was made on their behalf, which clearly shows that the petitioners are not diligent and they have no interest to prosecute this petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the interim stay granted on 23.6.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.4985 of 2011 is vacated and the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
