ORDER

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/A2 and A5 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.67 of 2016 on the file of Adilabad II Town Police Station, Adilabad District.

3. Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 420 and 406 IPC.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to appear before the police concerned on or before 25.06.2016 and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) each with one surety for the like sum each for their future appearance and shall also file an affidavit informing the police that they will cooperate with the investigation. On such execution of bond and affidavit, the police concerned are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, if any, without arresting the petitioners.

6. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
