ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of certiorari, call for the records and quash the sale notice 12.05.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of constitution of India apart from being violative of principles of natural justice."
At the hearing, Mr. P. Devender, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
