T.Krishna Kumari, v. Osmania University,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 33438 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for selection and appointment to the post of Producer-I as per the notification dated 24.901.2017 issued by the 1st respondent with all consequential benefits. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ch.Jagannadha Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent.
Sri Ch.Jagannadha Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent produced application filed by the petitioner and that in the said application no where it is stated that the petitioner has three years experience and the experience certificate is also not annexed to the writ petition, goes to show that she does not have three years experience. Learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent has rightly pointed out that the experience certificate produced by the petitioner does not pertain to the field of education. When the same is pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no answer from him.
In view of submission of learned Standing Counsel it appears that petitioner has not fulfilled the conditions in the
notification and writ petition is filed suppressing the facts, as such, the same is liable to be dismissed.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not see any merit in the writ petition and same is liable to be dismissed with costs. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner pleaded that the petitioner is un-employee, the writ petition is dismissed without costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
