Learned counsel for petitioner submits that pending this petition, the petitioner got acquitted by the trial Court and the matter has become infructuous and to that effect he made an endorsement on the back side of the file.

2) In view of submission made by learned counsel for petitioner, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
