Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in not considering his representation dated 10-10-2017 for appointment by transfer to the post of Manager (Engineering) on regular basis.

At the hearing, Mr.T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board, states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the said representation of the petitioner within six weeks and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2017, within six weeks and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.
