HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.9414 of 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to produce V.Nageshwar Rao S/o. Velpula Ramulu in Court as the above named person is illegally detained by the respondents. Sri S.Santosh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the Additional Advocate General office (Telangana), appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 on advance notice has informed this Court that Sri Yellapu Nageshwara Rao @ Naaga S/o. Rama Rao @ Ramu has been arrested in FIR No.195 of 2017 dated 22.02.2017 of L.B.Nagar P.S for the offences punishable under Sec.457 and 380 IPC.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader, the present petition has become infructuous and the petitioner wish to withdraw the same. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
