THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.14088 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard.

Learned Government Pleader for Gram Panchayat submits that the allegations made in the Writ Petition are false and none of the respondent authorities are interfering with the alleged repair works which are being carried out by the petitioner. He further submits that as a matter of fact, it is only on account of the 4th respondent, who is on leave, the orders are not being passed in respect of the enquiry which has already been commenced.

In these circumstances and recording the submission of learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. The 4th respondent shall comply with the order dated 13.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10269 of 2016 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
