HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.11111 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents in threatening to dispossess the petitioners from their land admeasuring Ac.4.06 gts. in Sy.Nos.69/A, 69/AA & 69/E, Bakaram Jagir Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

The grievance of the petitioners is that they are in possession and enjoyment of the subject land, but the respondents are claiming that the land belongs to the Government as it falls under Full Tank Level and trying to dispossess them, without following due procedure, Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even without giving prior notice to the petitioners, the respondents are threatening to dispossess them. Hence, he prays to allow the writ petition.

It is not in dispute that the petitioners are in possession and enjoyment of the subject property. In that view of the matter and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land, without following due process of law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall also stand closed.
