THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18812 of 2009 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.09.2015, the matter was directed to be listed to 06.10.2015 under the caption "for orders". In spite of matter being posted under the caption "for orders" there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Then the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
