O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 14.02.2020 seeking a detailed enquiry in respect of the land in Sy.No.658 admeasuring Ac.0-20 gts. outskirts of Indaram Village, Jaipur Mandal, Mancherial District and further declare the action of the respondents in trying to disburse the compensation amount through cheques to the respondent No.4 herein in respect of the land in Sy.No.658 admeasuring Ac.0-20 gts. outskirts of Indaram village, Jaipur Mandal, Mancherial District and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'bnle Court may deem fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Mancherial, wherein it is stated as under:

"In the instant case, the petitioner herein has filed an objection petition, with a request not to issue/ disburse the cheques to the respondent No.4 herein whose name has been notified in the Preliminary Notification/ Declaration for the Sy.No.658, extent Ac.0.20 guntas situated at Indaram village, accordingly the name of respondent No.4 has been deleted from the Consent Award submitted to the District Collector, Mancherial vide this office Lr.No.A/ 7035/ 2016 dated 24.02.2020 and notices will be issued to both the petitioner and respondent No.4 herein with directions to come over to office along with documentary evidences for verification of records and if any irregularities are found, the matter will be referred to the Presiding Officer, LA R and R Authority, Hyderabad along with connected records under Section 64 of RFCTLARR Act, 2013 for taking further necessary action in the matter under intimation to the Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, Hon'ble High Court at Hyderabad."

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
