SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.3766, 3767, 3768 & 3769 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER:

These four Criminal Petitions, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., are separately filed by the self same Petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos.5 and 6, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. Nos.1, 3, 4 and 2 of 2010, pending on the file of the Court of Special Judge (Principal Sessions Judge ) for the offences under the A.P. Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999 (for short, 'the trial Court'), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 5 of the A.P. Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent - de-facto complainant, and perused the material on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after extending his arguments in extensive, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Criminal Petitions with a liberty to file discharge petitions before the trial Court. 4.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, these Criminal Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
