HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.3556 of 2018 ORAL ORDER: (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) This writ petition is filed with the prayer which reads as under: "... to issue writ, order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the orders passed by the Hon'ble A.P.

Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.2721/2017 dated 21.09.2017 as void, illegal, arbitrary and contrary to A.P. Revised Pension Rules and consequently direct the respondents to release full pension after implementing revised pay scales from time to time due to the petitioner by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 13.02.2017..."

We have heard learned counsel for the parties. We do not find any ground to interfere with the order dated 21.09.2017 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A.No.2721 of 2017. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
