Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Since the Charge sheet is filed and the matter is numbered as C.C.No.362 of 2012, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. The petitioners/Accused can put-fourth their defence before the concerned trial Court. However, considering the request of learned counsel for petitioners, the appearance of petitioners/Accused Nos. 4 and 5 in C.C.No.362 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Shadnagar, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
