This Civil Revision Petition is filed against Common Order, dated 04-03-2016, in IA.Nos.111 and 112 of 2015 in OS.No.1775 of 2007, on the file of the Court of the learned III Additional Senior Civil

Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the hearing, Mr.G.Rama Gopal, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Civil Revision Petition has ceased to survive and that therefore, the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

In the light of the above submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.3047 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
