CVNR, J & GSP, J IA.No.6 of 2018 in/& WP.No.9488 of 2007 Dt: 12.07.2018 Common Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) W.P.No.9488 of 2007 is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue a Writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari declaring the Award of the Lok Adalat, Nellore dated 26-4-2003 in OS 16/2003 on the file of the Honble District Judge Nellore and the consequential proceedings, orders thereto as ab initio void, illegal and unconstitutional." The petitioner has filed IA.No.6 of 2018 seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to him to pursue any other legal remedies available to him in law.
Mr.V.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 11, expressed no objection for the request of the petitioner. Accordingly, IA.No.6 of 2018 is allowed and W.P.No.9488 of 2007 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order of stay, dated 01-05-2007, shall stand vacated and WPMP.No.12079 of 2007 shall stand dismissed.
