This Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful and intentional disobedience of the order dt.06.09.2016 in WP.MP.No.36887 of 2016 in W.P.No.32142 of 2015.

Admittedly respondent had rejected permission granted to the petitioner on 09.12.2016 on the ground that the petitioner did not produce regularization of her possession of the property as per G.O.Ms.No.373 dt.24.03.2005. Even according to the petitioner, the said application for regularization of her occupation is pending consideration before the revenue authorities.

Therefore, it cannot be said that there is any willful or deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court referred to above.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
