ORDER:- The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo filed by the petitioner and the first respondent dated 24.07.2015. As per this memo, the first respondent shall not claim any relief under the Award dated 21.06.2015 passed by the Labour Court-I, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in I.D.No.107 of 2003, subject to the payment of Rs.1,00,000/- by the petitioner in full and final settlement of the dispute. The joint memo records the fact that a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- was paid by the petitioner to the first respondent under cheque dated 24.07.2005 and receipt thereof was also acknowledged by the first respondent.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
