Sri S.M. Subhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, has circulated a letter to the Registry dated 09.04.2015 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the Labour Court. Permission is accorded.

Preserving the said liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
