Admittedly the earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.P.No.14212/ 2016 was dismissed by this court on 8.10.2016. As per the averments made in the petition and the submissions of the learned counsel, I do not find any changed circumstances. Hence the present petition is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed.
