THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS APPLICATION No.664 of 2016 CONTEMPT CASE No. 1029 of 2015 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) While the petitioner in the disposed of writ petition has come up with the contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, the State has come up with the miscellaneous application for extension of time.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well as the learned counsel for the private party.

3. The only direction issued by this Court is to complete the enquiry "preferably within four months". The State has come up with an affidavit indicating that it is a common enquiry where several persons are involved, and that, therefore, 90% of the benefits have already been released to the petitioner. Full gratuity has also been paid. Therefore, no contempt is made out. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. The application filed by the State is allowed, granting three (3) months time to complete the enquiry.
