This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the execution proceedings in E.P.No.38 of 2016 in O.S.No.131 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka.

At the hearing, Sri R.Siva Sai Swaroop, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that as the auction proposed to be held in pursuance of the impugned proclamation of sale was postponed, the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the same, the cause in this revision petition does not survive for adjudication and the revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. 3.

As a sequel to dismissal of the revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.Nos.3827 and 3828 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
