Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the order dt.17.03.2016 in W.P.No.22701 of 2014, whose implementation is questioned in this Contempt Case, has been set aside in the Writ Appeal No.182 of 2017 and that the matter is remitted back to this Court for fresh hearing. 3.

Therefore, this Contempt Case does not survive and it is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
