The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.140 of 2016 on the file of Mandapeta Rural Police Station, East Godavari District. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is stated that there are civil disputes between the petitioners and the 3rd respondent and that the present complaint has arisen out of such civil disputes.

The petitioners filed this writ petition challenging the investigation in the above crime. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above Crime. However, respondents Nos.1 and 2 are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioners.
