AMARNATH GOUD F.C.A.No.17 of 2007 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The present appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 27.10.2006 passed in O.S.No.8 of 2004 by the Judge, Family Court, Warangal, allowing the suit with a direction to the appellant herein to join the conjugal society of the respondent and lead marital life.

During hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that the appellant is no more interested to join with the respondent.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant, nothing remains in the present appeal. The appeal is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
