This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.330 of 2013, against the petitioner, on the file of the Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. The offences alleged are under Sections 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code. 2.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Vanasthalipuam Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate dated 06.09.2018 stating that the case is referred as 'civil in nature' dated 13.12.2013 and a final report is filed before the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar. 3.

In the light of the above, this Court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J September 14, 2018 DSK
