B.Srinivasulu, v. State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.1708 OF 2017 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering and passing any orders on the application of the petitioner dated 11.03.2015.
As the application is required to be processed in a time bound manner, this Court directed the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology to get the instructions as to why the application of the petitioner is not being processed. In response to the same, the learned Government Pleader had placed on record a communication dated 21.01.2017, issued by the 2nd respondent calling the petitioner to submit certain documents.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit the documents as sought by the 2nd respondent. As it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the documents sought by the 2nd respondent are not relevant for the purpose, petitioner is also given liberty to state and educate the 2nd respondent about the law and process and the petitioner shall take necessary steps within a period of ten days from today and within one week thereafter the 2nd respondent shall pass appropriate orders either accepting or rejecting the application of the petitioner, in accordance with the law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
