ORDER:

This company application is filed to direct respondent No.2 to complete the process of demarcation of lot No.6 in a time bound manner.

The learned counsel for the Official Liquidator has placed before the Court, letter in Rc.No.A3/1351/2013, dated 25.07.2015, addressed by the Assistant Director, Survey, Settlement and Land Records, Adilabad, to the Official Liquidator. It is stated in the said letter that as certain balance works need to be done before final demarcation and planting of stones is undertaken, quotations have been called for from the private agencies for execution of these works; that M/s.Surya Earth Movers, Chichdhari Khanapur Village, Adilabad Mandal, which has quoted the lowest price for clearing the bushes etc., has been entrusted with the said works and that the work of demarcation and planting of stones will be completed immediately after completion of the works by M/s.Surya Earth Movers.

At the hearing, the Assistant Director, Survey, Settlement and Land Records, Adilabad, is personally present and he has submitted that they will require a month's time for completing the entire work. In the light of the above facts, the Company Application is closed with the direction to respondent No.2 to ensure that the entire survey work including plantation of stones is completed within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. __________________________ (C.V.
