THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No 3583 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, on the written instructions of the Station House Officer, Kamanpur Police Station, Peddapalli District, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that a suo-moto case in Crime No.145 of 2017 under Section 34 (e) of Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 has been registered on the file of Kamanpur Police Station, Peddapalli District on 18.11.2017. The subject crime vehicle was produced before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Manthani on 12.12.2017 vide Sl.No. 160/2017. 2.

It is further stated that it is always open for the petitioner to make an application before the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner herein to make an appropriate application before the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise as per law. 4.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous application, pending if any, shall stand closed.
