This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the learned XI Additional District Judge, Krishna at Gudivada, to dispose of C.M.A.No.13 of 2011 expeditiously.

As per the office note, O.S.No.296 of 2010 was decreed on 22.09.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not aware of the disposal of the above suit.

In view of the office note, no purpose will be served by keeping the revision pending.
