HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.3832 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri K. Rama Koteswara Rao, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

After tendering elaborate arguments by the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1 requesting for grant of anticipatory bail, he urges that the petitioner be directed to be surrendered before the concerned Court and move an application for regular bail, and to direct the learned Magistrate to dispose of the same on the very same day.

Perused the complaint. There are serious allegations leveled against the petitioner, which are all unnecessary to advert herein. The request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be reasonable, and, therefore, while dismissing the petition, directed the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned and move an application for regular bail, in which case, the learned Magistrate may dispose of the bail petition on the very same day in accordance with law.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
