under the caption "For being mentioned" with a prayer to replace the name of the court in place of the Police Station in the operative portion of the common order dated 16.02.2024 passed in Crl.P.Nos.1747, 1878, 1880 and 1886 of 2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the operative portion i.e. paragraph No.12 of the common order dated 16.02.2024 passed in Crl.P. Nos.1747, 1878, 1880 and 1886 of 2024 inadvertently the name of the police station i.e. "Station House Officer, CC.S., Detective Department" was typed instead of the name of the court i.e. "XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally" for submitting the personal bonds and sureties, and requested to correct the same and issue corrected copy.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the

reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these petitions are allowed and the operative portion i.e. paragraph No.12 of the common order dated 16.02.2024 passed in Crl.P.Nos.1747, 1878, 1880 and 1886 of 2024 shall be replaced with the following paragraph:

"In the result, all the Criminal Petitions are allowed directing the petitioner to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each in each of the four cases to the satisfaction of the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally.

The petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C."
