THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3923 of 2011 ORDER:

Today, the learned Public Prosecutor filed a letter addressed to him by Sub-Inspector of Police, Keesara Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate dated 02.02.2018 wherein it was reported that after completion of investigation, case was referred as 'false' and a final report to that effect was filed before the concerned Magistrate. The letter dated 02.02.2017 is made part of the record and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
