Sri Nazir Ahmed Khan, learned counsel, states that he has entered appearance for the petitioner under vakalat bearing SR.No.117267 of 2015 dated 09.07.2015. He further states that the writ petition as framed is defective and therefore seeks leave to withdraw the same reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case in accordance with law.

Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
