ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both the parties have compromised the matter; that the petitioner had agreed to receive the pensionary benefits of her deceased husband and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
