This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 01.3.2016 passed in I.A.No.109 of 2014 in O.S. No.47 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Yellamanchili.

No representation on behalf of both the parties. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.47 of 2012 on 26.12.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
