Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

After notice was ordered, the learned special standing counsel for Commercial Taxes (AP) appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the order of confiscation of the goods. The owner of the goods may have to challenge the order of confiscation in a manner known to law. But, the vehicle need not be detained anymore. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to release the vehicle in favour of the petitioner forthwith.
