When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 04.09.2014, the case of the petitioner for promotion to the category of Chief General Manager was considered and later he was transferred. Hence, nothing further survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. The same is not disputed by the counsel for the respondent.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
