1 This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 15.09.2015 passed in I.A.No.1104 of 2014 in O.S.No.151 of 2012 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial, Adilabad district.

2 Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3 In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Revision Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
